On a rainy evening of October 31st, 2019, the University of Windsor (UW) Reciprocal Learning Teacher Education Program (RLP) alumni improvised and sat in different rooms in Canterbury College ready to give out candy so that the SWU/SU teacher candidates could dress up and trick or treat right in their own building.
