After returning from their three-month placement in China, UWindsor teacher candidates who were part of the Reciprocal Learning Program 2019 Spring Cohort had a lot of thoughts and ideas about comparing Canadian and Chinese education systems. Under the instruction of Dr. Xu, Uwindsor teacher candidates made use of class time with Dr. Xu every Thursday and reflected upon their experience in China. They also consolidated their Chinese language skills, conducted literature review, and turned their learning from China into research theses, articles, and presentations to be shared with others.
结束三个月的中国行之后,温莎大学教育学二年级的职前教师们对于这趟学习之旅有了许多新的思考,并开始反思中加教育的不同。在许世静教授的指导下,学生们利用每周课堂时间讨论并修改自己的文章。他们阅读文献,讨论在中国的学习之旅,并且复习了之前所学的中文。学期结束时每人都对2019年春季学期的中国学习经历有了更深刻的思考,并且完成了自己的论文。
